The telegraph has taken the time to read the annual report from the Office for Judical Complaints annual report that “one magistrate lost his position because of his “appearance while shopping” and another (for some reason described as a female magistrate) was criticised for her inoffensive behaviour towards a fellow member of the bench!

All in all, seems very few complaints against a large number of people, the majority of whom are lay magistrates, and a healthy sign for the British judicial system.
